Effective August 1, 2026
By using Vellum, you agree to these terms.
Vellum is a personal scheduling app. You sign in with your phone number and write your schedule as a document, which syncs to our servers. We aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is," and outages, sync delays, and bugs can happen.
You're responsible for the device and phone number you use. Anyone who can receive your SMS codes can access your account, so keep your device secure.
Your schedule is yours. We claim no ownership over anything you write and store it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use Vellum to store unlawful content, attempt to breach or overload the service, or interfere with other people's data.
You can stop using Vellum and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellum and its creator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss beyond what reasonable backups would prevent. Total liability is limited to what you paid for the service, which is currently zero.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
